These terms apply to purchases made through the Lawman Productions online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The product
The Ghostwatch Blu-ray is a physical home-entertainment product supplied by Lawman Productions.
Product descriptions, photographs and specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences between promotional imagery and the final physical product may occur.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
Where an item is offered as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page. Dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, production or shipping circumstances.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide an appropriate update.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order is fulfilled. If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs procedures, weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is correct.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.
These charges are not controlled by Lawman Productions and may be collected by the relevant customs authority, carrier or other service provider.
Returns and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy sets out the procedure for dealing with returns, refunds and damaged or defective products.
Intellectual property
The Ghostwatch name, programme, artwork, photographs, documentary material and other intellectual property associated with the release may be protected by copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights belonging to their respective owners.
Purchasing a Blu-ray does not give the purchaser any licence or permission to reproduce, distribute, copy, upload, broadcast, commercially exploit or otherwise use the contents of the Blu-ray beyond normal personal use.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that, Lawman Productions shall not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated at the time the contract was entered into.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in their country of residence.
