Shipping and delivery

We ship from the United Kingdom to Australia and New Zealand only.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, with tracking details provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch

Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 7 working days. During pre-orders, sales, holidays, or busy release periods, dispatch may take longer; we will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery estimates

Royal Mail’s international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Tracking

Delivery addresses

Missing, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will investigate and work toward a fair resolution.
